We need interactive website designing, with best content management software and security.

Our liking for the following website will help understand the prospective developer to determine what we are looking for

We have copy righted image bank in-house and prospective developer will be given access to the resources as well

Strictly we are looking for professional designer and already sick of getting huge website development quote from local developer because they think we are huge company so we can pay more, we are big company but not fools here so make that clear please!

Please Send us your proposals not your profiles, write down what your work scope wil provide us, plus we need to convert the site in Arabic as well so we will be requiring wired frame of HTML as well as site design in PSD .
Content management Software could be e.g. Mambo, Wordsmith etc
Remember also have financial calculators as well, so we need the content management software will be able to accept those modules as well, when ever we would like to add them in our website.

For example, we have three (a, b and c) systems which are working offline but can be interfaced from interpreter server, means system a can send flat format file and we will process that file as html or php then the content management software can display the what ever came from system a.
Like if we develop our loan calculator, that calculator coding will be based on php and mysql and certain formulas are there as well, which process the information and show the results like reject or accepted loan etc. our simple coding will be acceptable with the content management software and its design skin as well
