Description

I need you to implement a script in a landing page that will probably have to be re-spliced/redesigned - you will also have to change the layout of the script/form to get it to fit in the landing page that you will resplice.

I will also need you to make the form on the page before the LP pass information into this form/script which you are putting on the landing page referenced above. I will then need you to fix the javascript so it works. I would prefer if you knew a thing or two about security.

All of the information will need to be secure, and you will also have to modify the script to send me an email copy of the form input when submitted.

Bid $30 or I will not consider you.
