Description:	We need a developer to completely rebuild CSS on a partially developed site. It displays beautifully in Safari/Firefox but not in Internet Explorer. Need perfect CSS coding, to display site across all browsers. We also would like the developer to convert two image tabs at the top of the page into CSS (background images may be used). We do not need any PHP development, or database development (although the developer will be expected to edit PHP pages in order to change styles and tags.
