I am doing this just beacuse you all do the something ctrl+c and ctrl+v.

My client is in need of a realestate website.specifications are

1.FRST OF ALL DESIGN if i get impressed wth design i will rate that provider wth 10 marks.
2.blog
3.must have several regions for site specific advertising
4.agent and company profiles.
5.the ability to charge members for featured listing, regular listing etc.
6.the ability to allow agents and brokers to manage their own profile and add/delete/and modify property
7.the ability to send instant emails regarding recent added property
8.a nice and user-friendly admin panel.
