Description: Looking for a full service real estate website that have pages for contractors, index, about us, Mortgage lenders, community links, testimonials (feedback), about us, Sale by owner, full blog(part of my hosting company), featured listing with maps, ability to add and edit pages. Please also add a spam filter for the bots. Please make sure it is easy for me to maintain and edit as I am not very computer savvy. So I don’t get bombarded with unwanted ads. I want one interactive slide show Panels on the side of the screen on the home page (Current listings from featured listing page if possible, feedback, and services providers and contractors with my info as a banner moving on the bottom for all these panels). I like my features listings or any listing should have ability to load picture, video and documents. I want word press integrated from the hosting service but optional, Google maps integration for listings. community information for Wake County and Durham County ( I can provide you with the links for the communities), newsletter link on the home page. The linked form for newsletter should have email address mandatory, all other information is not necessary if they don't want to provide any. If you need any help with any links or anything please let me know. Need to have full control as the business changes very often. Please feel free to ask me as many questions as you have before you bid on this website.
