Description
I currently own a Real Estate website that charges individuals to list their home (classifieds). Currently there is only one payment option available to the users through my websites control panel which also allows me to tell it how long the listing should be active for. What I want to do is add an additional listing option called UNTIL IT SELLS which should also be added to the control panel so I can set the price. This listing would then not have an expiration date attached to it. Then, I would like you to add 3 additional payment ADD-ON options that are user defined that I can name each and a price set for each of them (in the adminpanel also). For example, I would call one, YARD SIGN and set the price for it at $25 . This new option should only show up during checkout if I filled something in for it (or if it was in some way), not if it was left blank (or you could put a checkbox there). From the user side, they should be able to check one of the boxes during checkout to add this to their order. My website currently accepts 2checkout and Paypal so it would have to be added to each.Also, the website currently asks you if you are a HOME OWNER or a REALTOR during the checkout process. I would also like to add the ability to charge a different price for REALTORS. This could be done by simply copying the existing order page and setting one up for REALTOR pricing.
I'm really looking for someone to "learn" my website for future enhancements as well. If you're a great PHP programmer and can start right away feel free to bid.
Please only bid if you are able to START this project in the next 2 DAYS. I will provide you with more than enough information and went as far as producing screenshots of exactly what I need done. The database backend is MySQL and the website is written using PHP/HTML.

UPDATE 8/25/06: I had a developer bid $250 on this project and finish some of it before having to cancel. I really just need someone to come in and complete the work. Please consider this in your bid. There's probably only a few hours worth of work left.
They've alreaded added each of the (3) new listing options to my websites control panel and I am able to change the price of each there which then reflects on the website. They've also added a new pricing field called "Realtors" which also will accept a price. What isn't done yet is that these new options are adding up correctly during the checkout process and the realtor price isn't working. The website is supposed to use the realtor price that's defined in the control panel is that option is selected. To sum it up, the options are showing up but I don't think that he's done much with the MySQL database. He is refunding me all but $100 of the project which he thinks is all it will take to get it working. Please consider this with your bid. Thanks !
