Description

Site will be approx. 8-16 pages & should be created using Joomla.

Below is a list of the main functionality and requirements of the site.

Lead capture form – must drop contact into my CRM - www.realfutureCRM.com
Must be able to easily upload docs for free download reports (pdfs) – site must email automatically –
Training & Events calendar – uses must be able to register for events with online form – site must email confirmation to user and notification to site admin
RSS feeds to popular blogs & news sites – inbound and outbound RSS handled by Joomla.
Google analytics - Google analytics code will be inserted on all pages.
Possible video with me or agent testimonials – All formats video plugin will be installed.
Agent login – All non public documents and events will be hidden from non members and a login system will handle all logins.
Contact form with basic fields – This will be handled by facile forms plugin.
In-depth contact form for agents –

The site design/layout will be required and demo must be provided before final approval will be given. Site must be designed in a manner where I can easily add/delete/change content on the fly.

Images for the content of the site will be provided by the client from Istock.

I will also need 2-4 flyers designed for print (must have similar look-n-feel to my site) for branding purposes. These flyers should be done in MS Word so they can be easily edited and converted to pdfs
