| Description: |
I am starting a unique real estate listing business and already have a site developed using Joomla, CMS Realty, Crafty Syntax and Community Builder. My trouble is that I have ~9 fixes that need to fixed on the site before it goes live - April. Since I am not a developer and need to stay focused on the business issues, I need your help.
Joomla 1.0.9 Appache MySQL 4.1.21
In 3-4 months, I will need to build in e-commerce capability. Right now it is being done through paypal which is not pretty but functional. I have this initial project and follow-on work, if everything works out. If you are dependable, accessable and talented developing in Joomla. Let's begin discussions.
Please send me some websites you've worked on that you are especially proud of. __________________ The nine issues are as follows:
1.) The Quick Search capability does not work on website. Regardless of which selection you make (Commercial, Land, Home, Luxury), the same results show up.
2.) After the the person registers with website, there is no email that are sent to the newly register realtor welcoming them to the service.
3.) No email is sent to the person who has registered and created a "Saved Search". Normally it should. 4.) After registering as a realtor and being authorized by the Admin, an email is not being sent out letting them know that they can now use the system. 5.) The code that the online support module (Crafty Syntax) generates is not inserted into the website correctly. Instead, a button was created on the one menus and then associated a url of the support module through the use of a wrapper.
6.) I have no way a allowing our potential home buyers to view the profile of any realtor, unless they are signed in and they know enough to look at the right hand menu. Would like to put a “View realtor “ link/button/etc. on the listing page.
7.) From the main menu, when you click the "View All Listings" --> Select any property --> then select the agent who listed the property --> the next window that comes up is a list of all of that realtors properties (without the Realtors picture, which includes some type of error message). 8.) If you register a valid user (realtor) and then delete him from both databases (CMS Realty and Community Builder)…You are still unable to add this user again under his original name. When you try to add him again, the message you will get is: “That user name is already in use”. If that isn’t bad enough,…even though you got that message, the 2 databases will be updated with this newly added realtor. As expected the user is in pending status. This will be an issue if we have any realtors that decide to leave the service and then sign back up again. 9.) If you make any mistake while registering, as a new realtor and you make a mistake which produces an error for example: not putting in matching passwords or a non-unique email address. Even though you do not see the realtor in either database, you still cannot add it because the name already exists.
