Description

I am reposting because I have received several private offers below $1500 so I am going for the best bid. I am looking for a website similar to thecutekid.com and americanbabycontest.com. The details are as follows:

Contestants would register and be issued a username and password. They are required to pay a $10.99 fee for each entry. $3.00 of each fee is calculated for monthly/annual prizes. The additional $7.99 is a processing fee. I need a picture archive of past winners, something that I can create and manage. I need credit card/paypal access so people can pay fees and upload picture abilities, that submit to email (Something that I can post easily to the webpage). I need a page for: Home, Contest Rules (I will create), Privacy Policy (I will create), Photo Album pages, Monthly/Annual picture archive pages, submit a photo page, about us page, contact us page. I would also consider having all of the submitted entries on a page/s that the public can vote, if possible. I need an admin link that I can sign in with my user name and password so that I can manage the website. It should be something easy enough that I can add a page if needed.
