Description:	Hello Professional Designers or Professional Design Companies; We are a US Based web design company & we are looking to hire a well qualified web designer/developer for a full time position. You should be able to work independently to bring a website all the way from conception through implementation with minimal management. You must be an expert in XHTML and CSS. XML and Javascript knowledge would be a big plus. As an individual you should like a challenge, and should be able to work quickly and efficiently. The ability to communicate well and frequently is a must. To apply for this position please submit your CV with references and a portfolio. Your portfolio should include what your roll was on each project as well as the name and contact information for who you worked for. Please respond with your monthly rate. Responsibilities: • Design full website templates in Photoshop • Hand code XHTML/CSS from mockups • Program dynamic websites using PHP/MySQL • Work with the project manager to create technical specifications and client proposals • Maintain current applications • Document your time in as little as 15 minute increments • Work independently Requirements: • Expert knowledge of Photoshop for creating .psd mockups • Able to hand code tableless XHTML/CSS out of Photoshop mockups • Fluent in English • Basic knowledge of SEO • Expert in JavaScript • Good knowledge of PHP, AJAX, browser compatibility issues, Nice to have: • Available from 9am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri • Additional programming language (ASP, Python, Ruby) • Knowledge of different CMS’s (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal) • Knowledge of a framework (CakePHP, Igniter, Rails, Django) ************************************************************ ------------------------------------------------------------ PLEASE SEND A QUOTE ON PER WEEK BASIS AND ALSO PLEASE PROVIDE REFERENCE WORK ------------------------------------------------------------ ************************************************************
