Description: I intend to set up a Products Review website and have just signed up for a domain name with a web hosting company as well as purchased a standard PHP Nuke theme template from www.templatemonster.com.

The standard PHP Nuke theme template purchased already has almost all the basic requirements I need for my website like:
1) Survey Module that allows users to vote on the products.
2) User Login & Members Account Module.
3) Online Forum Module.
4) Downloads articles or software Module.
5) Search Database Module.
6) Archives & FAQ Module.

The other requirements I need to add on include the following:
1) Opt In Mailing List Module.
2) Auto responder Software Module.
3) RSS Feed for Blogging Module. ( For generating fresh content on related articles)
4) Adsense advertisement Module.

My intention is to modify and add-on to the purchased template so that it presents users with updated related info on the product on review and also allows users who have used the product on review to give their unbiased opinions on the products according to certain characteristics like “pricing” ; “user friendly interface” ; “ helpfulness of technical support” etc.

Colour and design-wise, the template is OK, just need to re-arrange the module positions and learn how to access and use the modules mentioned.

Unfortunately, I have only basic programming knowledge in HTML and know nothing about PHP & MySQL, thus I require somebody to install & configure the template on my server with the above requirements as well as high-lite how I can update some modules on my own.

In addition, what are the additional charges if I wanted the website to be optimised for the following :
1) Meta Tags.
2) Search Engine Submission.
3) Link Partners.
4) PPC ( small budget )
5) Page Content Optimization.

FYI, I am currently using a SEO software called WebCEO for my other site, but no improvements what so ever.

Kindly advice as my budget is quite tight after buying so many softwares that I don’t really know how to use.
