Description

For the look of the website, I was thinking something that looked like
facebook with a different color scheme. A blue with brown text
approach. Just as facebook has the menu on the left, I would like that
also, with the links as:
My Picks
My Payments
My Info
Everyone's Picks
FAQ (I'll be filling in this myself)

First there will be a flash splash page (if possible I'd like it to
auto skip the next time the person comes to the website). I've worked
on a basic mock-up

I would like users taken right to the faq after the splash page. All
the pages should be able to be seen even if you are not logged in. The
log in option / user name display should be at the top right like
google.

There should also be a way for new users to register, perhaps with the picture security that is seen on many websites.

Different pages:

My Picks - The page would automatically display what week its on (of
the NFL season) and show the games of the current week and let users
pick who they think will win. After they hit submit to all the games
(the schedule is on NFL.com) for the current week, they should be
taken to a page that shows out of each game who they picked for the
winner and they pick their top 10 games (games they are more confident
in). Another submit button, then they are taken back to the My Picks
page, but it should look different, as just their picks now, with an
edit button at the bottom.
There should also be a pull down menu at the top of this page to
change the week, previous weeks should be locked and unchangeable
(each week is locked an hour before the first game of the week
starts). Forthcoming weeks can still be edited ahead of time.

My Payments - This is not needed

My Info - just a page to edit their info such as email address, change
password, change name.

Every one's Picks - I would like all users info for the current week
to show up here. It should sort by most games right so far. Users
should have the option to sort it by either user name, wins (ascending
and descending), top 10 followed by the other 4/6.

FAQ - I'll fill this in myself.
