Description:	What I am looking for a very simple to use application where members can make their own podcasts for use on the website. The only thing I have found close to what I am looking for is something like this, http://www.podtopia.net/quickfeed/. Obviously what I am looking for would be something a bit more flashy that this simple layout. But you get the over all idea on this. A fairly simple, straight forward podcast creator tool. It will need a step by step instruction guide that will allow ANY noob to be able to follow through and create their own. This is essential because it's a piece in a bigger website (in development). I will also need adspace left available in the design to plug in later. This is the first generation of this site. This converter is what is needed first. It will also need a flash header. Something snazzy, and music oriented like you see on these templates. http://www.templateoutpost.com/music.htm The project this program/website is a piece of what will be much bigger and built over the next year as new puzzle pieces are added. I did find another example of this application working at http://www.mypodcast.com/ I want to start work on this ASAP. So make sure you submit your official bid. Also, this project is for the WHOLE SITE. Not just the tool. So you must be able to complete all of it. Make sure you have that included in your bid. You are going to be blending these two sites. Taking the best of both, and making one slick site that is all inclusive. The application to make podcasts, the stores, social network aspect, and guide. I am allowing a little leeway should I find someone who can complete ALL phases of the project (at a later date). You will NOT be paid in advance. You WILL be paid in monthly BENCHMARKS as I see progress on the project. This project should be spread over 90 days. So figure payments at the end of the month for each month until completed TO SPECIFICATIONS.
