Need a pligg template similar in style to digg.com. Designer/programmer must be familiar and have experience with pligg for this project.

A few key requirements:
- e-mail verification for new users
- area for adspace with easy access for admin to update
- installation of template to guarantee workability

Basic site graphics and color scheme (the site's image/look and feel) will be provided to designer/programmer.
