Hello Service Providers,

I have a website that needs to be pimped up (redesign & programming)...
I am looking for the same functionalities as the following website:
http://www.garantiemakelaars.nl. It's a dutch website and its a real estate site.

Before you make a bid please look at all pages and funtionalities
Integration of: http://www.cymeqsoftware.nl/doc/funda-tiara-koppeling (it's a software please use Google translation to understand what it is, but nothing special)

The website that needs to be pimped up needs:

- More bright and freshy website (use of light colors)
- Same advanced search tool as garantiemakelaars
- Franchise/Affiliate tool/option
- Buying and Selling of property
- Renting and Renting out property
- Extra POS voorbeeld Hypotheken Extra Site
- Pictures and discriptions
- Mortgage calculation tool
- Feed code for each and every property with following information "picture and description"
- Clear navigating structore

You have to send me a portfolio of your work. I prefer to work with a company
that has done a similare project for a real estate company/agency and know what I am
talking about and need.

Important before making your bid:
- Delivery time must be in less then 4 weeks
- New design for the current website (I need 3 different designs to choose from)
- Implementing new design
- Impleting all functionalities from http://www.garantiemakelaars.nl
- Implementing a mortgage calculator (I deliver the formula)
