Description:	1) Top of Page is all Flash, I will design Flash File to Pull in Movies etc so it loads quickly. I'm going to be placing the Letterman Flash Module you built me in the way top. 2) Main Body must be able to stretch down as client fills in Event Info. Will also be a place holder for Photo Gallery, same as Iron Horse and Contacts Page. 3) Right Menu is all Red Background. I will add Images in Joomla Modules and Change per page. 4) Bottom Menu is all Black 5) Can the Black White and Red Strips Stretch Down as the page extends, I drew a Green Arrow to Show. 6) Font will be 12 Point Verdana Font, White Color.
