Description

We have currently half of the design ready but the design needs to be completed or redone again. he designer must have good knowledge of PHP as well since this script is written in Cake PHP and requires code knowledge to design. some of the pages. The designer also will change icons in the website to other language and watermark designs. Also there will be total of 10 pages like how to bid, payments exc that needs to be designed but this shouldn't be a problem since it will be just php page design and it will integrate all pages. The designer will make adjustments on the logo since it needs to be changed and enhanced a little. Good design and knowledge is a must. We really don't have time to waste.

You will do all work. I can't provide you with icons and designs you will make them. Please submit your portfolio of previous design preferable e commerce or script website designs not static ones.

Do not bid if you can't submit a portfolio of 7 or more website that you have created.

Time is critical. This project needs to be done on time no excuses. I need freelance designer for this. For designers working for a company and working freelance, won't probably finish this on time.

Please not you will do all icons, banners, exc. for the whole website.
