Description

I need to have a form that the user fills in with 'Name', 'email address', 'Reference number' and 'Payment Amount' and submits to PayPal for payment, and also forwards ALL details to the websites email address once payment is made.

The form fields need to be validated to make sure that something is in them.

Can use PHP and MySQL DB if needed.
