Description

We require a fully functional pay to click script for a new business venture.

Script must be fully coded including website design, here are the requirements

Main Requirements:

1: Must NOT be a pre-made script such as Yourownbux etc
2: Must NOT be a copy of another script, we require a unique code
3: Must run on a template system such as smarty so we can add or remove templates
4: Must include options for PayPal payments and Alertpay payments which can be modified via admin control panel
5: Must have instant payment notification for both Alertpay and PayPal
6: Surf advertisements area
7: Administration panel to view orders, add new users, send emails, view contact messages, ban users, alter payment methods incl. payment emails etc, alter payout thresholds, alter earning amounts per click etc

Advertiser Options:

1: Must have option for advertisers to create seperate account specifically for purchasing/tracking advertisements, viewing used and available clicks etc
2: Must include IPN to process advertisements as soon as payment is received
3: Advertisers must be allowed to pause and unpause advertisements
4: Advertisers must have the option to add clicks to current advertisements and purchasing clicks
5: Advertisers must be allowed to target their advertisements to specific countries, categories and age groups/sex

Member Options:

1: Users must be allowed to create account specifically for viewing advertisements and earning money
2: Users must be allowed to upgrade to a premium account where they will earn more money per click
3: Users must earn bonuses for referring members which will be a set amount, example: they earn {descr/string}.25 when referred user has clicked 10 advertisements, an additional {descr/string}.25 when referred user has clicked 20 advertisements, an additional {descr/string}.050 when referred user clicks 40 advertisements (etc etc)
4: Users must be able to add funds to their account which is processed immediately
5: Users can use added funds to purchase unreferred users (add members to their downline) who was not referred by another member
6: Users can use added funds to purchase premium membership
