Description: I have a new website design mock-up done in PSD format and would like to have someone create a wordpress theme based on it.

I would also like to integrate a photo gallery open-source program with it. I would like to create dynamic galleries based upon IPTC keyword searches. I believe the program "Gallery2" is capable of this and also has a wordpress plug-in available.

I have been updating my existing html site by using a wysiwyg editor (frontpage) and ftp'ing my data to the server. The new site will have to be user friendly to someone with limited skills to provide daily updates.

Here's a re-cap of the project.
1) create wordpress theme based on my PSD file
2) integrate a photo gallery with IPTC keyword searching capability
3) install both on my server
4) tell me how to run it afterwards
