We need an expert to take an existing html page with css, and update it based on a PSD to be totally XHTML CSS compliant.

The page must be:

- Handwritten
- W3C Valid XHTML
- Tableless CSS
- Complete Presentational Separation techniques.
- Compactible with IE, Firefox, Opera & Safari.

This is part of a complex website and all components must be independent. You must be rated to be consider for this job.

I will show you PSD and existing code prior to giving you the job. You must be able to complete the job in 24 hours - and you must test in ALL BROWSERS. It must be perfect to the pixel.
