Hey, I basically need a simple PSD to Wordpress theme that is fully functional and should include:

Clean & Valid XHTML/CSS markup
Cross browser Optimization
Optimized and Sliced Images
Commented Code
Semantic Code
Completely SEO Optimized
Tableless CSS
Widget Ready

Click on the 'example_homepage.jpg' file under Additional files submitted for a snapshot of the PSD to be converted. The 'home'

button on the navigation bar is an example of which page the user is on. When a person goes to another page such as the 'about' page, then the about page pops up with the silver/grey colour instead, if you know what I mean. Similar to the default SMF navigation menu.

Also, I need FULL STEP-BY-STEP instructions on how to install the 'SMF' Forum software in my blog. When someone clicks the 'forum' tab, the blog will come up except instead of the posts and sidebar appearing, they will be replaced by the SMF software. I also need to know how to remove the Sidebar for the forum. Include the FULL instructions in a simple txt file please. I need to see some previous examples of PSD themes that you have coded AND an example of the SMF software in a wordpress page as I have described above before the work can be started.

Note: Do NOT bid on this project if you can't deliver what I need which is a simple PSD to Wordpress theme, and FULL STEP-BY-STEP instructions on how to install the SMF software in a Wordpress page as I described. Add me on MSN too :)
