Description

I'm looking for a someone to convert a PSD website layout design into a fully functional Joomla theme.

Attached is a jpg version of the psd

The design is fairly simple and more or less in blog format.
It needs to support activating various modules on the left.

I'd like to have this done as soon as possible.
