Description: Please see the attached file.

I have this as a PSD, and need a highly experienced coder to take the PSD and code it into a professional CSS/HTML website very efficiently and to the latest web standards. The coding should be flawlessly debugged and work across platforms and browsers.

I do not want the PSD just chopped into slices and placed together as images, as that is not effective coding. That is not SEO-Friendly and is too heavy on loading time. I want this done right.

If done very well, with quick turnaround, I have tons of others I will need converted.
