Description

- Forum using PHPbb

- Should be easy to use Admin controls

- Some form of web security to prevent defacement / crashing

- Language should all be in English

- Hosting N/A at this second but need to have forums built

- Needs to have very nice skin / buttons, and a eye grabbing appearance.

- Payment will be paid via paypal.
