Customize PHPBB 3 on TMD Hosting host.
Looking for experienced developer to customize PHPBB. Our main volunteer developer has been pull off to another project so we need outside help.
Moving from old Microsoft Discussion Forums to PHPBB. Looking to customize the theme to fit the look of our site and create 4 sub forums. Look of site is very simple, please PM and we will forward existing site.
PHPBB3 will need to be stripped down to make it as simple as possible with heavy moderation tools.
All post will need to go into a moderator queue to await approval.
User accounts can post but not edit or delete, Anonymous users can post and reply to posts and they can enter the displayed user name. No avatars or other fluff.
Users will have the option of uploading pictures with the posts.
Registered users will have the option of creating polls in one of the forums.
Registered – No signatures, no viewing profiles, no user avatar, no email or web link

We realize this isn't a terribly difficult thing to set up but posted it as a small project vs. very small.
