Currently using a PHPRunner 3.1 to make template using smarty templates

I have already started the process of putting the template into the current design of the website.

What is needed

1. Add Backhaul Query Search

The new template does not have the backhaul loads like the old template. You can use the backhaul query code on this page. http://www.rightnowloads.com/full-truckload.php?state=CA

and place on this template page: http://www.findfreightloads.com/new_member/state.php?state=CA

2. The loads export feature

I need the user to put in email address, contact name and phone number, and send the selected output option to their email, as well as let them download the export.

Email address, contanct name and phone are rquired fields and user will not be able to get file without input that info.

you can omit xml as the option.

Create Same Page But for Email A FRIEND.
same information is required but will only email page link and have an attachment of the output file.

3. Advance Search Features

Need user to search by, but not required:
Search by Origin State, Origin City, Destination State, Destination City, Load Id, Weight and Trailer Type.

Would like Dynamic Ajax Code So that based on the Selected State. dispaly in a pull down only the available cities. I DO NOT want a text field where they can manually type in a city. I want the cities pulled from the database.

Only the weight option search should give the the pull down to find by greater than, less than or equal. All other fields do not need to show.

4. Add Trailer Type Description
The old template already has code that takes the given trailer type in the database and renames it for display purposes.

5. Basic Home Page Search Origin to Destination Search
