Need to have Real Estate Script loaded onto server and admin areas created. Script has already been purchased from:

Need a professional looking webdesign around this script. Winning designer will gain additional work in the first quarter of 2009 adding to this website.

Pricing will be as follow 10% down first, 40% on draft, 50% on final. Winning designer must submit timeline when project can be completed.
