Ok, I have a website, I hired someone to do it for me, I paid him in advanced to show him that I am honest and serious, what happened? he did some of the work and left!,

Now I am stuck with what I have, I don't look for someone who tells me he/she will start from scratch, no, I want someone to finish this work, so I want an experienced PHP who can read the codes and understand them and then finish the work,

I will work with the winnder in parts, for each part there will be a price, and I will pay him when he finish each part,

when you post your bid, show me some of your previous works, I want to see active works that is done by (PHP) and (Mysql), I don't want pictures for a website or blah blah like the previous guy did, I want to see some of your work for previous clients and those should be working, the bidder should have no problem (or agree) if I contact the owner of the website to make sure he really did this job, as some people may job post some works that are not done by them, so I hope that is fine for the bidder, and I will also check for any review to see how his work is and I will be understandable,

I want honest and serious bidder only, Please, as much as honest you are, the more I will be nice and understandable,


for now, we will work on (part 1), which is the part of (job) on my website, when you click on (post job) on my website, you will have everything fine there, you can fill the information and then click on post, but here the job will not posted, it will disappear, I want to fix that so the job will be posted and be in the list of jobs, (think of it like GAF, there is post project and you fill the information and then post it and then it appear on the project list) so it has the same idea in general but different manner,

I also want the job poster to be able to review the job before he/she post it,

Then I want the users to be able to post their offers for the job, contacting the job poster (the client) will have more options, like bidding, email, or phone ...etc.
and then the user should also be able to preview his bid or offer before he confirm it and then it is sent to the client,

Then the client can chose between the users a winner, by accepting the bid (like it is in GAF) or by just contacting him/her directly through email or or,
anyway when you will see the website you will understand more,

Now, one more thing, there are 2 types of users on the website (featured members) and (normal users, regular users or you can call them visitors), I want that: when a featured member post his/her job then the job will be immediately publish, but when a visitor post his/her job then it will not published until the admin or moderators accept it (confirm) it and only then it can be published and be in the list of jobs,
also, to apply for a job (bidding) in my website there might be (sometimes) a fee, or not, I will explain this for the winnder later,
Also there will be another feature in this part but that will be discussed with the winner

Now many will ask where is the link for the website, I will say it will be on (PM) only, if you understand all what I have said above, and I check your price, and your reviews or work then I will send you the link and discuss it more,


Now remember that this is only part 1 of the job that we will work on it for now, if you really do well then I will hire you for part 2 and 3 and may be 4,
