Description

I would like quiz for my website. The quiz will be split into 4 main topics. Each topic will have 10 questions randomly selected from a database. Each question will have 4 possible answers, one of which is correct. At the end of the quiz there will be a summary page. The user will be able to review questions and answer any un-answered questions and submit the quiz. Once the quiz has been submitted a results page will appear. Quiz must be php/sql.

About each topic
1.Each topic will have 10 questions
2.1 question per web page with next/previous buttons.

About the questions
1.Each question will have 4 multiple choice answers.
2.Answer will be selected via radio button.
3.Some questions will contain an image

About the results page
1.Shows a list of correct and incorrect answers.
2.How many were right in each topic (percentage)
3.Overall percentage
4.Grading A-D depending on number correct

Practice Section
User will be able to select a topic and answer questions randomly selected the database. After each question has been answered, user would be told instantly whether the answer was right or wrong. You can then either re-take that question or move on to the next question.

Quiz/Questions admin
1.Ability to add both image based and none image based questions and answers.
2.Add, edit and delete questions to any topic area

* I am happy to populate the database with all of the data.
