Description: I need some new PHP work on my site, but do not have the time to do it myself. I know PHP very well, so i will be able to work with you knowledgeably.

PHP work needed:
- Cross check info on 2 separate DB's on my server
- display where IP's resolve to
- Post offers that a specific user has done
- Fix simple issues and clean up PHP I currently have

CSS work needed:
- More professional of a look
