The site has been made in CSS so a knowledge of Intergrating php with CSS would be prefered.

I would be looking to make some ammendemnts which will require some programing from scratch PHP.

( I am willing to look at custom made or other scripts with same or more features )

These are all UPGRADABLE

BUT I NEED THE FOLLOWING

Upon upgrade the previous package is to remain active and chargeable for the REMAINDER OF TERM. i.e. 5 months left 5 months left to pay BUT...
At the same time the new package must run alongside ALSO billing the client.
