Description

We need a full site development for an online mall (virtueMart). Site should meet the following requirements.

-Multi vendor support
-Vendors should have special tags to specify which areas they can ship to.
-Vendors should have limited access to update their own product catalog and store and contact info.
-Vendors should be able to access an updated list of the current orders they have received. (is extremely important for vendors to be able to see real time information of their own orders or being able to receive some king of alert of sound when a new one arrives).
-Different search and listings
-By product type
-By product category
-By Area of delivery
-By vendor type
-Listings should display only vendors not products (clients should not be able to buy from different vendors on the same order).
-Payment method required is only physical payment (not credit card, or paypal).
-No shipping module for USPS, or UPS, just a form with the address fields.
-Registration should be mandatory for each order.
-Customer can order from only one vendor for each order.
-Customer should receive an email with the confirmation order number and the vendors contact information.
-Shipping cost should be modified only by the super administrator.
-Reporting should include
-sales by vendor (total sales, status of sales, amount of money for goods, and amount of mney for shipping)
-sales by areas and vendor type
-Customer should be able to review the vendors (not the products).

On the new user registration: phone authentication systems, being able to call back to the new client and ask the customer to pick up the call and dial an random number combination to verify that the phone number specified is correct.
