Hi basically i need an online radio site with site design, admin panel, dj panel and much more!

An example is: www.uflx.com

I need someone to get the radio feature working 24/7 always online and make it possible so when dj's connect to go live the auto-dj comes off! (done with shoutcast)

This all needs to be done with a distinctive site design/adsense friendly/admin panel/dj panel/registration options for users to have profiles and forums and much more!!
