Description:	I need a user friendly website with w3 CSS and XHTML validation where people can upload and name a photo of an undisclosed product. At least 20 photos should be able to be uploaded at once. They should end up about 640x480. These photos should go into categories. Sometimes more than one category. Also user can mention 3/4 high resulation like 1024 X 768, 1280 X 1024, 1600 X 1200 they can supply on request. Under the photo, viewers will be able to vote 1 thru 10. You must register to upload to this site. Name, email address, company name is required, but I want names, addresses & phone numbers, website as options. All registered users can click on a photo to say they want one of these, and anyone can click to see who wants this one. They can send a PM to that person. Under each photo, will be some fields that Administrators can edit. The fields will be the same for each photo, but Administrators will give different results to each photo. The front page will show some of the top vote getting photos and some of the newly uploaded photos, as well as the categories. They should be able to search the database from here too. On the left of the screen will be my index that is easy for me to change the basic html when necessary. I like the site design like skype, microsoft. I want to get website with web 2.0 I will send the site name and logo and other necessery documents needed. Top will be a banner and a few words that I can do html.
