Description
We have two pieces of work which require attention by an experienced Oscommerce developer.1) Link customer order history to account section (is currently broken)
2) Apply the same 'theme' of the rest of the site to the Accounts section
Overview
------------
We already have all necessary pages installed but are not accessible to the customer.
- Our Account section does not show the customers' order history. The page is there but it is not retrieving the information from the SQL database.
- Our site uses a different template to the vanilla offering. All pages follow a set theme. The developer is to apply the same style to the customer Account section.
Sample photoshop buttons will be supplied along with a PDF of what the end result should be. You will be able to modify these buttons and replace the standard oscommerce images accordingly.
Quality
-----------
We expect the work to follow the general coding standard of the site which is mostly tables-based. It should be cross-browser compatible and use a minimum of code. We have an experienced in house developer and know that while 7 pages seems a lot, PHP + CSS makes this a fairly simple process.
How the work should be carried out
----------------------------------
You can work by two methods:
1) Import the 7 php pages + CSS files + Example page + Images into your existing oscommerce website. You will have to send back whatever you change.
2) We will send by yousendit.com a copy of our site including the database for you. When finished you will simply zip up the site and send it back.
Payment
-----------
Payment will be made after a cooling off period of 2 days while we check the work for any bugs. Payment by GAF.
We are only interested in members with a proven record of oscommerce and a star rating from previous work.
Developers that are happy for the whole site to be sent to them for editing will be more desirable than those asking for lots of files.
