Hello, dear programmers!

As I have been cheated many times in the past by programmers who only wanted to take my money and not to work to complete my projects and as I have lost THOUSANDS of dollars paying unprofessional programmers, I am now making a new post for a project with very strict specifications.

There will be no discussions about the terms of this project, so make sure to read the information carefully and only if you think you can complete professionally within the timeline I require, then bid for it.

My project is an online browser soccer game, similar to Hattrick.org, but not so much complicated.
It will apply only for Greek people, so there will also be translations made by me.

Here are the project's specifications:

- The programmer must speak English fluenty, so that we have excellent communication.
- The programmer MUST have experience in online browser games like Hattrick.org. If you don't have experience in online browser games, please, don't waste my and your time.
- The project is a 5x5 soccer browser game (not 11x11), so the programmers must have experience of real soccer and mini soccer rules, for example 5 people pay money to a mini soccer stadium to participate in a champinship and play against other teams of 5 people and they pay money for each match they play, etc.. If you don't have this knowledge, please don't bid.
- These games work mostly with algorithms, so the programmer MUST have great experience in working with algorithms.
- The project must be uploaded on my server at www.powweb.com, so read the server's features to see if you can make it work on it.
- The project will be in Greek language, so you will have to encode the script to accept Greek letters on my server.
- The translations will be made by me and I will send them to you or I will make the translations on the files you will upload on the server.

TIMELINE:
The project must be completed in 1 month.
This means that if you receive my full information about the project on 1st of November, you must have it ready and working on 1st of December.
So, 30 after you receive my information, you must be ready to have this project working for BETA testing with real users.
If there is even 1 day of delay, you agree to cancel the project and return the money.
There will be no flexibility in this, so take it serious into account, before bidding for this project.

PRICE
My available badget is 1,200 dollars and no discussions are made on this price.
Only if you offer less than 1,200 dollars we may talk about it.
Your bids will not go higher, because I will provide ALL necessary information about how the game will work and you will never have to invent things yourself.
You will get specific orders and make them work.
So, 1,200 dollars for one month is more than enough for this.

PAYMENT PARTS
The transfer of money will be made through escrow payments from this website.
You will get 20% of the money with escrow when you have created the website design of the game and after the changes, that I will request, are made.
The website design must be created and completed within 3-5 days and then the money will be released.
If the website design is not completed within 5 days, you agree to cancel the escrow and send my money back.
You will get the rest 80%, when the project is completed after 30 days in the exact same way as with the 20%.
Again, you agree to release my money if the project is not completed within 30 days.
I don't care when you will work and I don't care about business days or not; my project MUST be created and completed in 30 days as above.
Weekends will count like business days.
