Description: Would like developer to create site site similiar to the below URL addy's. This is a user based news and media portal which I would like subscribed users to be able to upload news and events, jobs etc. Video is a component that I would also like to have on the site. I not sure Joomla is the best method to do this but I am familiar with Joomla.
