Description: I have a website that has articles and news stories on it along with a vbulletin forum. I would like users to have the ability to comment on the articles only if they are logged into vbulletin.

Essentially I need to list the latest comments and a form for a user to leave a comment under each article/new stories. If the user is not logged in it will leave a link for the user to log in or register before commenting. No links or html will be allowed in the comment.

This includes the simple design of the comment system too. A comment database table will need to be created for this as well. Please let me know if you have done this before.
