Description

I need help on making a nice design and setting up the Drupal engine on my site http://spam.su.

Moreover I want all the sub-sites to have similar look and feel (maybe integrate them with Drupal too?).

Also, I'd like to get rid of those ugly translation links on the bottom of each article node, and to make something like a news module.

Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
