Description

Hi,

I need a simple website...the graphics will be supplied later.

I am going to give away information in an online school class and after someone signs up I want to either have to manually send them a password or the username and password is auto generated.

I want the website to accept 1 user per username and password according to their IP address or something so that one person can not sign up and give their password to many friends. This is the very most important part.
