Description:	BUDGET IS FLEXIBLE A Mock-Up Is Recommended if you are serious. Hello, I am looking to build a site based on MMORPG games. The domain is RateRPG.com and it does have template at the moment, but not one that is fully functional. Since this site will require to be added too quiet often I need it to be easily updatable. I do know my way around an html document, so if my budget isn’t in the range of a database driven website then do not bid unless it will be easily updated through the HTML document. By easily updated I mean that I will be able to copy the content from a template form of the website page, enter in a new link, and enter in new content. Let’s get into what I need from each page of the site. There will be 5 buttons on top of the website. Home, Games, Videos, Community, About. The Home Page- 1. Should catch the viewers attention some how. 2. I want a box that has 5 buttons, 1~5, the viewer will see #1 first and it will be a image that I can put in, then if they click the picture it will fallow to a link. If they click #2 or #3, so on, then a new picture comes and when clicked you would go to a new place. Pretty much a slide show. Something like what’s on MMORPG.com. 3. There should be a place that will have Recently Reviewed games. A small screen cap of the game and the title, small written thing next to it a score given to the game, The score should appear big and will be 1~100, click it and you go to the full review. 4. There should be a poll on the home site. 5. There should be a place that will have Future Games. It will have a screen cap of the game and will be ETA: March 26, something like that. Then there will be a small space that will tell a little something about the game. 6. Then the last thing will be top rated games. It will have a small screen cap, and the Score. Games Page- 1. I want the games to be in columns. The column will have a small screen cap, The name, Genre, Developer, Release (date), Fee. And then finally on the right side a large score, 1~100. 2. When you click the game, the user should be able to click the whole column, if that’s possible, if not, it should be clear where to click. 3. When the user clicks the game they want they should be brought to a review page. Review Page- 1. I want it to look close to onrpg.com review page. An example is http://www.onrpg.com/games/overview/767. The tabs however will be, Overview, Ratings, Screen Shots, Videos, Guides, User Thoughts, Forum. 2. The Overview tab will just have written stuff. 3. The Ratings Tab will have have, Graphics, Community, Story, Music, Lag, and Value. Each will be rated 1~100. 4. Screen Shots will have pretty much just screen shots in thumbnail size, and when clicked a new screen appears with the full sized version. 5. A. When the Videos Tab is clicked there will be thumbnail sized pictures of the video, description next to it, as well as title, and then when clicked a smaller window will appear with the video in it, most likely be able to be encoded from youtube, or any other video website. B. There will be a button that says View User Videos. That will link to the videos section of that particular section. 6. The Guides tab will have a columns just like the games page as, except this time the column will include a place for the Title, Type, Class, and Rating 1~100. 7. The User Thoughts tab will have a place that users can enter their name, and comment and it will be posted. This can probably be gotten from a script of some sort, if not and it is too much to ask I’m willing to leave this part out. 8. The Forums tab will lead to that games section in the Forums. Videos- A. I want the videos page to look identical to the games page, except when clicked to you get to a different page. B. When you click a game you get a thumbnails of the video, Title, and small description, click one of the videos, a smaller window comes up with a video encoded from another site. Community- 1. The community will simply lead to the websites forums which are already installed. About- The about page will just be a written thing that I will type in. Nothing special. Google Adsense ad’s will be places on the sides of the site. A banner should also be included with a logo of some type. If you have any questions or comments please leave a PM.
