Exprienced in Twitter APIs, can setup a cron via cUrl, RegEx and PHP OOP.

I could set up where you won't even need a cron, IF your script runs on a server wheer email and forwarding is available, would be a simple matter to set your twitter email address to a specific address for this purpose, every email from twitter could be filtered through the parser, and if it is a new follower, it can easily send your pre-set direct message to the visitor. Ive been developing some twitter scripts for some time now, and should be able to do this project with little trouble, whether it be by email parsing or having to check valid user accounts.
