Description

I am currently using the templatemonster.com template listed below for my website:

The template is already hosted and setup and all the content is already added to the site.  I just need the following:

1)      Adjust the template so that there is no open space on the left side, or basically such that the body starts on the left instead of centered. (CSS)

2)      Possibly change a color or font, but maybe not.  This will be limited request.  (CSS)

3)      I need to replace the login area (top right) with a stock ticker component.  The stock ticker component will need to be slightly adjusted to fit in the square space provided or if you can provide a better space on the template that is found to be reasonable.  (Joomla Extension)

4)      You will need to install a content/user management component (allowing users to login and access files associated with them) (Joomla Extension)

The components used for the stock ticker and content management can be free or open source, but if you already own a license to a better component please let me know.  The best examples I have are below:

Stock Ticker:  Not sure, but I need to be able to choose which stocks are listed on the ticker.  This is basically a ticker that gives update stock market prices for certain companies or indexes.  There should be some good free or cheap stock tickers available.

User Management:  DocMan Component or something similar like a secure FTP or login file sharing

*The goal with the content management component is to allow a user to login, have their own area to upload or download files between them and the site/admin.

*You will need to make sure this cannot be easily hacked.

You will be responsible for both installing the component and making sure the CSS matches the rest of the site.  I will review the components to make sure they are functioning correctly before final payment is made.  You also must agree that if I find a mistake soon after that you will correct it. 

Payment will be 25% up front.  50% after working install of component.  And final 25% once everything is confirmed to have no bugs.
