I have a team of people who have very good experience of working in Joomla, php, and MySQL. My team suggests the following. 1. Shifting the template to a new template would require round about 2 days. Some features like the different positions on the screen will have to be changed in the template.css file. 2.Database changes have to be looked upon. Joomla itself has round about 49 tables. And the table structure is not very complicated. 3. If required we can send the screen shots of the webpages that we can design on our local server.
