Description

I am in the process of starting a very specific online auction business. I have been quoted $20,000 for this project and was wondering if anyone can do it for closer to $1,000. This is a complicated website and need only the best, inorder to discuss this furthur would need potential web developer to sign NDA and submit level of experience. When we find the right programmer/web developer, there is opportunity for long term working relationship with many opportunities.
