I need an expert who understands the workings of Moodle 1.9 inside out. This includes:
What is possible and what is not
Knowledge of template structure
How to setup all the different features
Knowledge of Mods availble
Ability to customise (preferred not essentail)

Specifically, i want the following configured:

Active directory integration with server 2008
public forums that all students can access (Not specific to course)
Picture Gallery
Video Gallery
