Description

Hi, I have some Joomla work. Its 90% design. I have a template already. You would be expected to change it according to my detailed instructions I will give you from time to time.

Some main things are:

1. I want a cool header. It should have flying birds in it. I want it to be similar to this site: http://www.synergytechservices.com

When I say similar, I mean that we need to be using a picture which is as real as the picture of that site.
The bird need not to be moving (so no flash work - only static image).

I might want you to put a small picture (which I will provide) on the top of this header and put some text on it to make the header more customized.
I might want you to put in some small design effect into the header as well.
Please be aware I only want that part of the above site's movie which shows up when the mouse is passed on to the button of IT services


2. Joomla is already installed and a template is there. I may need some minor modifications in the way it looks. One main one I can think of is to use the attached image as a background image outside the main area of the site.
In other words, the site is centrally-located in the web page. and in the left and right white space, i want a simple background image.

3. I also need to change the colors of the buttons, site navigation from GREEN to something like BLUE..

4. I would need 1-2 banner to be put on a specific location on the website.

My budget is low and the work is not that much so I expect realistic bids please. I also expect the work to be completed within next 2-3 days (with major changes done on the first day). No complex design requirements here.
