Description

We need an Xoops theme and associated files in order to give our new site a consistent look and feel across all Xoops base modules. It should be something like http://xaraya.hotmot.net/ but with a some extra yellow/orange color for title/block backgrounds

The project involves the theme and the configuration of a basic Xoops site which is already upand running at http://www.microboxsys.co.uk/xoops/html/

If this initial project goes well there is a possibilty of more Xoops and Oscommerce related work....
