We are urgently looking for unique/custom design and development (custom CMS) for our 2 mega template projects:

1- Free Joomla Templates
2- Free Website Templates

Will need unique designs for both projects and custom CMS within them. Also, would require integration TM (template monster) within them.

Users will able to:

1- Download
2- View Demo
3- Upload their template/theme
4- Comments/Rating System
5- Polls
6- Theme/Template preview (automated system)
7- SEO optimized pages
8- Individual Graphics for each page (like order a template page, etc.)
9- User Management System

We need reasonable quotes for above mentioned 2 projects
